We converted our farm buildings 40 years ago to create workshops for small, local businesses. We were pleased to receive a rural innovation and employment award. Quality & enterprise remain at the heart of our values.

A generation (or two!) later, we’re looking to build on our heritage and create a green and vibrant working environment, for your growing business.

As we look towards the future, we are excited by our plans. The café, The Pedaler in the Yard, is open every day and serving delicious coffee, brunch and cakes.

Plans are underway for new boutique offices, as we continue to evolve The Cattle Yard.

We love this corner of Kent, and think it is a very special part of the world. We’re constantly inspired by what’s around us – the Kent countryside, its wildlife, as well as beautiful architecture and local craftmanship.

That’s why we construct buildings that will stand the test of time. And take pride in offering the simple things - eggs from our hens, fruits on the trees and flowers throughout the seasons.
